minutes cover.
Your plan includes time for your AI receptionist to talk with callers and collect the information your business needs.
If a conversation uses 3 minutes, it uses 3 minutes from your plan. Collecting a caller’s name, callback number, service address and description of the problem takes time—just as it does with a person answering the phone.
This example explains usage; it is not a promise that every call takes 3 minutes. Exact billing measurement and rounding will be confirmed before paid activation.
What are call minutes?
Call minutes are the time your AI receptionist spends on a call. The conversation includes both the assistant speaking and the customer responding. Time spent gathering details is part of the call.
You are not charged separately for each question or piece of information collected.
Are credits different from minutes?
Our customer plans are explained in call minutes. A provider may use the word “credits” for its own account balance, but that is different from the minutes included in your Answer PRO AI plan.
We will show your included and remaining minutes in the customer portal once live usage reporting is connected.
How many calls can I get from my minutes?
That depends on how long the conversations last. For example, 500 minutes could cover about 166 calls averaging 3 minutes each, with 2 minutes left. Short questions use less time; detailed service requests may use more.
Plans include minutes, rather than a guaranteed number of calls.
What are the planned monthly rates?

These are monthly plan prices paid upfront. The cost per included minute is the plan price divided by its allowance; it is not an extra-minute rate. If you use fewer minutes, the monthly plan price stays the same.
Planned launch offer: sign up by November 30, 2026 for a 12-month price lock. Regular monthly prices are $199, $299 and $589. Activation and final billing terms are still pending.
How does the trial work?
The planned trial is $29 for up to 7 days or 60 call minutes from activation, whichever comes first. It does not automatically renew. At full use, $29 ÷ 60 is about 48.3¢ per included minute.
What happens if I reach my limit?
Extra-minute pricing, usage alerts and the fallback when minutes run out must be finalized before paid service starts. We will explain those choices before activation; this demo does not collect payment or authorize extra usage charges.
Do short calls or ringing count? Are minutes rounded?
The exact treatment of short calls, ringing, transfers and rounding has not been finalized for our customer plans. We will publish the measurement rules before you activate paid service.
